CaviazThis would be great. I have a Model O Wireless, and have a pretty much red colour scheme in my studio. Only RGB on standard brightness is not cutting it.
Please Glorious. Add Mac support, and don't be dumb and add support for High Sierra. Do support for the newest MacOS version: Monterey. -

Glorious Engineers AdminMacOS compatibility has been on our radar for sometime now, we know it's a popular request but we are currently prioritizing the Windows CORE 2.0 release first. Once we are comfortable with this released version, we will then appropriately prioritize the MacOS version of CORE 2.0. At that time we will be more comfortable offering concrete dates.

Finn Macilquhamdo you have any sort of time frame? (next 6 months or like next 2 years?)
-
07 Jun, '22
Glorious Engineers AdminRegarding a timeline, we would love to provide an estimate; however, we do not want to set any false expectations. At this time the most we can commit to is that we absolutely will prioritize this request for development pending the implementation of CORE 2.0 and assuming it is still a high priority for the community at that time.

Luke MergedI wanted to use my model on my Mac but i cannot install the software. It would be great if you could make it compatible for MacOs
-
27 Jul, '22
Ryan MergedIt would be amazing if Glorious could add Mac OS Support for the software since at the moment It is only compatible with Windows OSX, I believe it could expand your customer base having that feature since little to no gaming hardware companies offer support for Mac OS. I can tell you right now if there was support for Mac OS i would buy the Gmmk keyboard and Model I.

-
07 Aug, '22
m3rcus MergedGlorious is a good company and mouse producer, but the problem is, it doesn't have MacOS Support for Glorious Core, which in my opinion limits Glorious mice from being used in its maximum potential, so I humbly request that the Glorious CORE engineers/developers. PLEASE add Glorious Core to MacOS so that Mac users can use their Model O, D or I to its fullest potential, anyways, thank you

tankkanoAn engineer stated above they're waiting for the release and hardening of Core 2.0 before working on a Mac version. Is that still the case? If so, what is the expected timeline since the current version is at 1.0.29?

Glorious Engineers AdminHi all! Regarding some of the questions about CORE 2.0 and a projected launch date, we are targeting December of this year. Following that update we can then assess a potential timeline for full MacOS support.

KilicI would LOVE to upvote this 1 million times. I'm a software engineer and I think I finally found the mechanical keyboard for me. I appreciate the Mac compatibility with the firmware (wished there was detailed documentation about the changes though), but it would be grand to have Glorious Core software be Mac compatible as well...wouldn't hurt to have some matching Mac keycaps too, but that's a minor request lol
I feel if you guys did something similar to Keychron where they have an OS switch at the back of the board, this company would see a major uptick in sales! -
15 Oct, '22
aslepn3Another Mac user who just ordered a mouse from you before knowing Core is only support on PC currently. My fault, but please add Mac support after the implementation of Core 2.0!
I’ve had my eye on a GMMK Pro and Numpad, but I’ll definitely be holding off on those until we see the Mac support. Settings macros and having key customization is much more important for me on a keyboard than mouse.
Like the user above me mentioned - a toggle switch for PC/Mac, as well as Mac-specific keycaps, the way Keychron does it, would be awesome! -

John Snow MergedA great additional feature would be to add Glorious Core for Mac users.

NoelI have both GMMK Pro and GMMK V2 96%. Need Core for Mac to remap keys and setup macros. Also, please make the macros easier to use. I want the keyboard to type out text without having to record my keystrokes and then having to edit the keystrokes in that tiny window. Would be nice to simply have a text box and whatever is typed in there will be become the output of the macro. Thanks!
