Add RGB effects based on DPI LED colour

It would be very useful to me to be able to select a lighting scheme that reflected the same colour of the DPI Led on the bottom of the mouse. Even more pleasing would be to have a different lighting scheme on the mouse wheel LEDs. So for example i could have "glorious mode" on the side LEDs and "DPI breathing" on the Mouse wheel LEDs

so basically i had this idea when you change the dpi by having it as a keybinding you'd also change the color of the mouse lighting like the rgb around the mouse
