Accessing a secondary set of functions only while pressing a fn key
Accessing a secondary set of functions only while pressing a fn key for example:
if I press the "fn + K" for example that can work as "insert" as well

VoricI'm not sure why this is not the default for all key assignments.
I went into CORE to try and make Fn+? act as a menu key and found out that just pressing '?' triggers the action and Fn+? acts like normal key press.
My intent was to turn the whole numpad to macro keys for debugging.
I really hope this gets implemented sooner...
Any chance I can achieve what I want by exporting and editing a profile .json? -

Kyle MergedThis is a critical feature that would be needed in order to make this software on par with QMK. As someone who puts function on left control, not having this feature is going to force me to use QMK instead.

SaschaI'd like to change the page up/down keys from my gmmk pro to home/end which was pretty easy by just changing the assignment of the keys. Now I'd also like to access page up/down for example by adding them on the same keys but while i press fn or ctrl or something. Idk if it's possible to like just add a second (or even more) keybind which is accessed by holding down some extra key. But I think it would be awesome if you could make that possible!

Felix MergedI would like to map the numpad-7 / home key together with fn to be able to have a "home-key"-shortcut.
This is currently not possible as I cannot select the home-key in the software but only the numpad-7 -

Matthew MergedCurrently, I can assign a key to operate as a media key (next, previous, play/pause, etc.). However, I can't map that secondary feature. The current implementation only allows me to map a key's primary press (without fn) to media. Should be able to dictate this to be mapped to key + fn.

Glorious D MergedAs a developer, i find that the insert and home keys are indispensable in my daily keyboard usage.
As I adapt to the 75% keyboard layout for the first time, i find that these are simply on my list of "must haves".. I need ALL SIX of those keys from the TKL.
Since we do not allow simple shortcuts such as fn + . for insert or fn + , for home or fn + / for search (vim anyone?)... well i decided that i can simply sacrifice my right side control and alt keys to the void, restoring insert and home's rightful place on my keyboard.
My result is slightly mismatched in profile but nonetheless glorious:
The method of configuring keys is simply confusing. i prefer by far the "define a set of keys" and "define that it does this" approach that nearly every other keyboard software presents.
Also the software should show us what the built in fn shortcuts are and absolutely we should be about to use the fn key to define our own.
Sincerely
Fellow Software Engineer.
