Mouse Wheel Settings

I'd like the ability to change mousewheel settings. So, instead of registering 1 scroll per physical scrolling; I could register 2 scrolls per physical scroll.

I know I can change this in Windows, but I work from a KVM on multiple different systems, and this would be a great feature.
