Add ability to create shortcuts or change the already existing ones on the mice

As the title suggests, i would like to change, remove or add shortcuts on my own on my mouse, so for example i dont want to assign a whole button just for charge indicator, i may want to create a shortcut for that, or maybe i dont change dpi often and want to use the dpi button for something else whilst having a shortcut to change the dpi instead of only using core to change it
