Option to Disable Forward and Back on Mouse 3 and Mouse 4

There needs to be an option to disable forward and back on Mouse 3 and Mouse 4 and still allow the buttons to be mapped as Mouse 3 and Mouse 4 without the worry of webpages and other applications cycling pages.
